Your responsibilities will encompass collaborating with lead educators to design and facilitate engaging learning experiences, utilizing effective instructional methods suitable for the Montessori approach. Embracing a dynamic and non-traditional delivery of academic content, you will contribute to creating an enriching and supportive learning environment.

In addition to your role in designing and facilitating lessons, you will also be responsible for grading assignments, providing valuable feedback to students, and managing content on the Google Classroom platform. Your commitment to fostering a collaborative atmosphere will extend to actively supporting students in understanding and navigating non-traditional platforms and assignments.

We are currently seeking dedicated and flexible individuals to join our team as Substitute Teachers for Montessori classes. As a Substitute Teacher, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the educational experience of our students, both online and in-person, on a temporary basis.

Your responsibilities will include stepping into the role of a teacher as needed, collaborating with lead educators to facilitate engaging learning experiences, and maintaining continuity in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. Embracing the Montessori approach, you will adapt to the dynamic and non-traditional delivery of academic content, creating an enriching and supportive learning environment for students.
